Observation

On 5/9/23 at your inspection it was observed: *Curtains in the living room have a cord that forms a loop. *Window blinds on side light next to door has pull and inner cords that form a loop. The provider removed the blinds at this licensors visit. *Long cord on the television forms a loop that is hazardous to children. **On 5/25/23 it was noted at the inspection that the cubbies(approximately 4ft in height) used to store childrens personal belongs is a tipping hazard and must be mounted. *The childproof strap on the dryer in the licensed bathroom is broken allowing children access to it. *Chandelier in the dining room does not have shatter resistant covers or light bulbs *The water temperature in the bathroom used for children to wash their hands is 140 degrees F, must not be more than 120 *Outlet used to plug the tv into in the living room is not tamper resistant. *Outlet in the bathroom above the washer is not GFCI and TR as it is within 6ft of a water source. *On 5/25/23 at your inspection it was noted that the sliding glass window in the dining room did not have stickers or art work at chiildren's eye level to prevent them from walking into it. *On 5/25/23 at you inspection it was noted the stairs (5-7) leading downstairs to the licensed play room did not have a gate at the bottom where infants and toddlers may be. A gate is also needed for the top of the same stairway where the living and dining room are located to make stairs inaccessible to infants and toddlers that might be on that level.
